Phone Registration Info
If you would like to get a phone number on the system to make calls and texts, we need the following:
- Business Name – The official name of your business.
- Business Address – The physical address or your business (this helps verify the legitimacy of your business)
- Tax ID or EIN – Your business’s tax identification number (this may be required for certain A2P registrations).
- Business Type – A description of your business (for example, retail, healthcare, education, etc.).
- Contact Details – A valid business phone number and email address.

Domain Login Credentials
- Domain Name – The name of your website/domain (e.g., www.example.com).
- Domain Login Details – The username and password for your domain registrar or hosting account (e.g., GoDaddy, Bluehost, Namecheap)
- DNS Management Access – Access to your DNS settings so we can help configure records like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for email authentication.

Social Media Logins
You can connect your social media profiles directly to Keystone. If you’d like to set this up during onboarding, please have your login details ready. We’ll guide you through the integration.

If you’d like to connect your Google Business Profile, please have your GBP login credentials ready.
